The Mask & The Mirror is a mindful art workshop facilitated by Aida, a psychologist and art-therapy-informed practitioner, held in Lisbon on November 1st. Participants begin with a guided grounding practice before transforming a white mask using paint, colour, symbols, and intuitive marks to explore the different roles they carry in daily life. No artistic experience is required, all materials are included, and each attendee leaves with their finished mask and a personal reflection.

Do I need any artistic experience to attend?
No artistic experience is required. This is not an art class — there is no correct way for your mask to look, and the process is focused on reflection and self-expression.
What materials are included in the workshop?
All materials are included: one white mask, paints and brushes, decorative and reflective materials, and guided facilitation throughout the session.
How much does the workshop cost?
The first 3 places are available at an early-bird price of €27, and the standard price is €30. Only 10 places are available in total, and payment confirms your spot.

This workshop is open to adults aged 18 and over. It is a non-clinical, art-therapy-informed community experience and is not a substitute for therapy or medical care.
