The Body Listens — Sound & Voice Training

The Body Listens is a 2-day Level 1 sound and voice training exploring deep listening, vibration and resonance, crystal bowls, voice toning, mantra, chanting, and guided sound journeys. Led by singer-songwriter and sound facilitator Hannalene, the workshop is designed for small groups and requires no previous experience in music or singing. It is suitable for anyone curious about sound, voice, meditation, and embodied practice, whether for personal growth or as a first step toward facilitating sound experiences for others.
