Somatic Workshop - Boundaries, Pleasure & Connection

Somatic Lab is a group workshop in Lisbon guided by Anya Ansu, focusing on somatic relating — an approach that invites participants to explore themselves through connection with others. The session uses body awareness, attention, and gentle interaction to help participants notice their boundaries, impulses, and capacity for genuine pleasure and presence. The event runs for two hours and is open to all levels, with a suggested minimum donation of €10.
