Global Conscious Rage Day for Women

On October 3rd, as part of the global Global Conscious Rage Day movement, women in Lisbon are invited to a bilingual workshop at Estúdio Mariposa. Facilitated by Sybille Biedert (Embodied Freedom) and Patrícia Anzini (Virando a Página), the session uses body movement, writing, and expression to explore anger as a source of vitality and clarity. Participants are invited to contribute between €20 and €50 on a sliding scale.
