ELECTRIFY: Somatic Healing Retreat

ELECTRIFY is a somatic healing and yoga retreat held at Asha's Place in Lisbon, centering BIPOC, queer individuals, and those who care for them. The 2.5-hour session includes guided meditation, gentle yoga, creative musical healing, intuitive movement, and group discussion facilitated by Dr. Suzan Ahmed, Paloma Perez, and Melissa Andrada. The event draws on somatics, clinical psychology, expressive arts therapy, and sound healing to support nervous system regulation and community connection.
