Ecstatic People Summer Afternoon

Ecstatic People Summer Afternoon is a conscious dance gathering held at Absent, a phone-free creative space in Príncipe Real, Lisbon. The event opens with breathwork and optional ceremonial cacao, followed by a DJ-guided wave of music and movement, and closes with a gentle moment of collective connection. The experience is substance-free, barefoot-welcome, and open to all levels, with no dance experience required.
