Dance The Medicine – Conscious Dance Retreat in Tomar, Portugal

Dance The Medicine invites participants to a 4-night immersive retreat at Quinta São José dos Montes in Tomar, Portugal, running from October 30 to November 2. The retreat centres on the theme of Lineage, honouring ancestors and envisioning the future through conscious free-form dance, live DJed music, meditation, somatic experiencing, and group process work. Accommodation, healthy vegetarian meals, and professional facilitation by Bernice Raabis and the DTM Team are included, with the retreat capped at 40 participants.
