RESET Women's Gathering Workshop

RESET Gathering is a group space for women who wish to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous system, and rediscover calm, presence, and grounding. Through body-based practices including movement, breathing, relaxation, and expression, participants will release tension and transform physical and emotional patterns. No previous experience is required, and a collaboration fee applies.
