Do I need any previous breathwork experience to join?
No previous experience is needed. Most attendees are joining for the first time.
How do I register for the session?
You must register outside of Meetup at breathcraft.me/register/meetup-lisbon. The Zoom waiting room only admits people whose names appear on the registration list.
What equipment or space do I need at home?
You need a laptop (not a phone), headphones, a quiet room where you can close the door, and somewhere soft to lie completely flat — such as a bed or a long couch. A yoga mat on the floor is not suitable.
Is it mandatory to keep my camera on during the session?
Yes, cameras must remain on throughout the session. The facilitator watches how your body responds in order to adapt the guidance in real time.
How many spots are available and what happens if I join late?
There are 20 places available. The session closes five minutes after it starts, so participants are encouraged to connect early rather than on time.
