Ecstatic People Summer Afternoon

Ecstatic People is a conscious dance gathering held at Absent, a phone-free creative space in Príncipe Real, Lisbon. The event opens with breathwork and optional ceremonial cacao, followed by a DJ-guided wave of music and movement, and closes with a gentle moment of group connection. The space is substance-free, consent-focused, and welcomes all experience levels.
