Women's Alchemy Day in the Forest | Herbs, Cycles & Medicine Making

Women's Alchemy Day is a hands-on day retreat organized by Mulheres da Lunna, held in Pereiro Grande, Alentejo, focused on women's health, herbal learning, and medicine making. Participants will explore women's cyclicality and life phases, receive herbal and nutritional guidance, and create their own remedies including a herbal body oil, mineral-rich syrup, and hydrosol through plant distillation. The day closes with a herbal foot bath and a fire circle under the stars, with an optional overnight stay in a shared yurt available for €15.
