Sound Bath – Saturday Morning

Every Saturday morning at Asha's Place in Lisbon, this one-hour Sound Healing Session uses vibrational sounds from singing bowls to guide participants through deep relaxation and stress reduction. The session is open to adults of all experience levels — whether familiar with meditation or simply curious about sound healing. Advance booking is required for organization and safety reasons.
