The Body Listens – Level 1: Foundations is a weekend training held at Wheelhouse in Lisbon, combining voice work, humming, toning, chant, crystal bowls, gong, drum, and meditation to explore sound as a full-body experience. Participants will investigate deep listening, embodied awareness, the nervous system's relationship to sound, and how to begin cultivating a personal sound practice. No prior experience, musical background, or instruments are required to attend.

Do I need any prior experience or musical background to attend?
No prior experience is required. You do not need to be a singer or musician, nor do you need to own any instruments.
What are the dates and times of the training?
The training takes place on November 7–8, 2026, from 10:00 to 16:00 each day, with a 1-hour lunch break included.
What is the cost and are there any discounts available?
The early bird price is €222, with a regular price of €255. Reduced rates for students and unemployed participants are available on request.
Can I take Level 1 on its own, or do I need to continue to Level 2?
Level 1 can be taken completely on its own as a standalone training. It can optionally be followed by Level 2 – Facilitation & Journey Design, taking place November 21–22, 2026.
