A four-day immersive training with Ângelo Surinder, introducing the foundations of Sound Healing and the therapeutic applications of sound.
Participants explore Gongs, Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Shamanic Drums, Native American Flutes, Voice and other ancestral instruments through a combination of theoretical foundations and hands-on practice.
Open to beginners, sound enthusiasts, yoga and meditation teachers, holistic practitioners and anyone wishing to deepen their relationship with sound.

Which instruments will we practice with?

Do I need to bring my own instruments?
No, all instruments are provided for practice during the training sessions at Centro Upaya.
What is the daily schedule?
Each day runs from 10:00 to 13:00 in the morning and from 15:00 to 19:00 in the afternoon, from 28 November to 1 December 2026.
