This workshop brings together the Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapeutic model and the Drawing Into Self method developed by Ruth Culver, using simple pastel mark-making to externalize and explore inner parts. Participants will receive a brief introduction to IFS, engage in intuitive drawing, and have the opportunity to reflect and share in a supportive group setting. No artistic ability is required — the session is open to anyone curious about their inner world, as well as therapists interested in the intersection of IFS and art therapy.

Do I need any artistic ability to participate?
No artistic ability is needed. The drawing process involves simple, intuitive mark-making with pastels — anyone can join regardless of their artistic background.
Is there a fee to attend?
Attendance is free, but a voluntary donation of at least €5 (cash only) is recommended to help cover venue costs and support the presenters.
Where exactly does the event take place within the venue?
The event takes place at Kübe Alvalade coworking, upstairs in the Open Hall. Please arrive and be seated before 6:45 PM so as not to disrupt the session.
